Macklin Tower Renovation

Montgomery College, Rockville, MD

ODG prepared architectural construction documents for renovation work relating to electrical upgrades at Montgomery College’s seven-story, 108,000 gsf Macklin Tower.  Work included site assessment, code analysis, construction documents, and construction administration.  Construction documents were developed in MicroStation and AutoCAD.  The project was completed in 2008 at a total cost of approximately $1.5-2 million.
