Technical Capabilities
Olshesky Design Group has extensive experience with the production and review of contract documents and specifications and construction administration.  ODG has a wide range of experience in design with an emphasis on building performance. ODG’s personnel include subject matter experts in disaster resilience. While most of our work is in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area, we recently completed a project in Italy.

A Sustainable Focus
ODG began business with a focus on environmentally sensitive and sustainable design, and continues to work on a range of projects in this field. We have LEED accredited professionals on staff and are familiar with the codes and standards of other sustainable programs, such as Green Globes and ICC-700. Many of our projects are in the process of attaining LEED certification, and this familiarity and experience has allowed us to assemble a team that understands the procedures for attaining LEED certification. Sustainable projects ODG has worked on include office buildings, single family residences, recreation facilities, marinas, industrial facilities, and government buildings.
